This work is an independent project inspired by concepts touched upon during the “Summer of Code 2021” course presented by the Wyoming INBRE Data Science Team. The creation of maps was briefly discussed during the ggplot2 lesson and afterwards I created the following plots using publicly available data published by the CDC.
